Long time lurker, time to give back to the mud community :)
This was finnish January 2010, before an overland trip around South America (from Caracas to Ushuaia and back)
I built this Drawer/jerrycan storage with the help of products out of 2 mud vendors:
-Hanna Quality Interior Cargo Carrier (thanks Ken for your great craftsmanship)
-Warfield Off-road (hawkeye) Drawer DIY kit: frames were heavily modified for my custom application.

Amazing attention to detail. It looks as though it came from the factory fitted with all that kit. Congratulations on a fantastic build. I think I now have drawer envy:p.

More info: speakers front mb quart Q 6.5" rear doors 4.5" component (tweeter mounted next to them on a baffle) Subwoofer kenwood excelon 10" shallow. Amps amps alpine PDX 4.100 (4x100watts) PDX 1.600 (1x600watts) the floor and inside wheel wells of the SUV have been Rhino linings on top of that dynamat, the subwoofer box is made of MDF plus resin coded and Dynamat on top.

Vents for the compressor and the amps was always in the original plans, but could never find a grill or a perforated panel that i liked (very hard to find speaker grill 4" diameter) so i made the side panels removable. the few times i use the compressor i removed the panel before hand and opened the tail gate :) I could also put some fans in the panels.
