I'm thinking the high-low shifter fork is not in the groove in the shaft. It is easy to re assemble this way if you don't know to watch for it. I was warned before I did mine and still did it wrong the first try. I'll bet this is your problem. The only fix is to reopen the case.

Well I'm able to shift it into High and Low just fine the only thing that I can shift side to side the H4 to L4 (side to side) There is a small amount of play up and down on the little stub that in the TC. When I pull up on it it wont even do the one click but when I push it back down I can feel the one click. So is the TC going to have to be re-opened?

If you have a local Cruiser shop-go there for diagnosis, because they will pick this up right away, but an average shop will never get it, and will be very resistant to opening the case back up.

I wish there was a local cruiser shop around. Not manny around here in good O'l Iowa. It was a transmision place that installed the TC to the tranny. Hopefully they fix this thing tommorrow and wont give me any kind of trouble when I go tommorrow. Thanks for all the reply's BTW.

this pic shows what they must have messed up... probably don't have the fork on the collar that slides back and forth between the two gear sets.

since you're stuck in low the fork would be above the collar i.e. it couldn't slide it "up" in the picture

Well guy's she's finally home now! Just got back from the shop and drove her around for a while. Man the new tranny is Amazing! It's also ten time quieter too. I'm extremely exited to have this thing finnally running. Major major thanks for U guy's that posted and trying to help me get it figured out. It ended up being the damn fork after all, the shop took care of it real quick to my amazement.

I will get back to you guy's later on on how she's driving and all. Once again Thanks fellas for posting and helping me out on this.
