GXs with Doug Thorley Headers: ST/LT which and why ... share your experience(s) (1 Viewer)

When searching Doug Thorley experiences the Hundo/LX crowd has a bunch and the GX crowd has quite a few headers out there too.
Hundos seem to have more Short tube reporting and GX more Long tube.
I'm hoping to create a focal go-to/sticky thread for DT headers in GX 470s and 460s.

Which did you go with and why? Did you install them yourself or go through a shop?
How long have you had them installed (as of Nov. 2022)
What did you learn in your experience or what did the shop tell you?
If you were to do it again what (if anything) would you do differently?
Is your install otherwise stock or do you have other exhaust mods downstream of the headers?
What's your take on noise, overall drive quality characteristics, 'performance', and any other observations experiences you'd want others to know.

Thanks for putting this out there. I have been creeping your build thread and lots of others where DT are in the mix. I have the tapping on warmup and have been putting off the repair due to cost and extreme effort involved.
