Victory does make the best fit rear bumper for the 460. This economy needs to pic up a bit and I will be having one built as well. Finally got this thing off-road for real as you can see above. I was very impressed with the performance. MTS and CC worked great. Very little wheel slip. I would engage the CC where I may have normally engaged a locker or 2 on my LX450. I know they are not the same but that CC sure does work. The only thing I was disappointed in was the Dobinson's rear bumper. I came off a small rock and smacked the driver side wing. It pushed the wing up into the plastic and popped several of the clips (I got most of them snapped back in as you can see in the first pic). Later, I noticed the passenger side looked off too and I don't remember smacking it on anything. We took a quick look and it appears it's due to the slotted bolt holes for the wings. I will be investigating it further in the next 2 weeks or so. This is just going to hasten my plans to get Kevin to build the rear that I want.........Oh, and I pin striped it pretty good too......

My MetalTech dinged pretty badly too when I went through a rock garden a few years back also. That's when I realized I built my rig for overlanding, not rock crawling! Finally got this thing off-road for real as you can see above. I was very impressed with the performance. Yeah, but I don't want to be worried every time I go through some rocks that my bumper is going to tear up my plastics. And right now I am.........My MetalTech dinged pretty badly too when I when through a rock garden a few years back also. That's when I realized I built my rig for overlanding, not rock crawling!
Don't I know it, and well deserved at that. I borrowed it from a coworker who spends a lot of time in the sand. I figured, between having been here almost 25 years without ever going to the dunes and the upcoming closure, I probably wouldn't get much use out of my own flag. Could have been much worse though...The Chevy flag creates opportunity for A+ trolling

This is all pretty disconcerting. I mean, I can beat the snot out of the OEM plastic and hit it with the heat gun to fix it for free. The whole point of shelling out the big bucks for a rear bumper is for "protection". If it can't handle a hit on the wing, it's not designed right.Yeah, but I don't want to be worried every time I go through some rocks that my bumper is going to tear up my plastics. That looks a lot like my bumper without any protection at all. I'd be disappointed too after shelling out that kind of money. I've been looking at rear bumpers more than front, or even sliders, because that's where I always drag. Now I'm thinking it over and considering my options more. My condolences. This is all pretty disconcerting. I mean, I can beat the snot out of the OEM plastic and hit it with the heat gun to fix it for free. after the heat-gun fix. The wrap status is another story...

Meh, mine's just black vinyl over the OEM white plastic bumper cover. Small dents will pop back out. I lost the battle over the practicality of wrapping the lower part of the truck. I don't think there's any real option out there that gets me excited for rear bumpers, if they all bend. C'mon @sleeoffroad , it's time to jump into the GX460 market for rear bumpers!!! Or maybe cutting the OEM plastic is the best option? Let's see some pics! That looks a lot like my bumper without any protection at all. I'd be disappointed too after shelling out that kind of money.
