Green and red turbo lights

Hello, sorry if I'm not going about this correctly...I've swapped out an alternator on a 1hdt and now have a constant red turbo light on the dash and the green doesn't turn on at all...is this due to possible incorrect wire harness to alternator or have I bumped a hose somewhere off something else?

Red light is overboost. Is possible you have a wire harness issue
