Upcoming mods:

Half doors. I have a set that need some TLC and are perfect for half doors. I'll start in on them shortly.

I am saving for a winch and front bumper. That will happen this winter.

Next year will be a full family style cage, maybe Metal Tech, along with new seats and harnesses.

Eventually I need to rebuild my hard top.

Stay tuned for the half doors.

So, hopefully, I'll have it all buttoned back up by the opening of the Naches/Manastash area trails on the 15th.

Made my half doors

Got a great deal on a 12k winch from Harbor Freight for $240 so I couldn't pass that up. Bought some steel last weekend to fab the bumper and winch mount. I'll try to take pics of the progress this time.

Steve, you cut your front fenders. What happened?

What happened was major cuts on the tires before I could afford a lift. I hated to cut them, but had no other cost effective alternative.

Winch installed and wired.

I need to find a way to hold the hook and keep the wire tight. I've seen rubber/plastic holders for the hooks. Might find one and try it out.

I made the mistake of letting the wire loosen a little. I ended up having to pull it all the way out and re-spool it. Not an easy task to do alone. The HF winches are SLOW.
