They will be $45 like all the other shiftballs I sell. I include adaptors for all Toyota Trucks.. it will fit a H55.

I don't know why it would not? I make inserts in 12x1.25, 10x1.25, and FJ40 T-case size of 8x1.25.
Grab a nut in the size you think would fit your t-case, and confirm the size. I can do universal adaptors and other sizes if these three don't fit.

I would send with adapters and raise price a tad to cover your cost and time. Or offer as an option
