I have a 200 my wife drives and I’m never in the 200 series section so I’m unsure if this has been covered before. I spend all my time in the Pig Sty.

My wife’s cruiser leaned, like an inch to the drivers side. Like noticeably. Drove me nuts.

I am currently installing an Icon suspension on her 200 and yanked out the old springs. I was shocked but the rear springs are easily 1” different in overall spring height! I was shocked. I’d bet a tank of gas that a rear spring swap on a leaning 200 might fix your issue. Just thought I’d toss it out on ‘Mud. I didn't even keep track of which one was on which side! haha.

Maybe it’s been covered, maybe not. Here’s the difference.

I thought it was the taller spring on the side with the gas tank?

Not KDDS lean ours was an inch low drivers side easy. Like random people noticed. Once I put in new springs from Icon the lean went away immediately. It was nuts how far it leaned. I assume someone had the rear springs out for something and unknowingly switched their positions.

Yeah, an 1" is exactly how mine has been since new.

My driver side rear is 1” lower than the other side. Thanks for making me check 💀

It’s a relatively new to me truck with BP51 all around. I’d like to get more lift out of the front to level the whole vehicle out. I may drive over to Slee and see what they have to suggest

They’re the best!

Apologies for hijacking the latest "lean" thread...

So the previous owner had 2722 springs in the rear, which created too much rake for my taste. Slee put in 2721 for me and the rear is within 0.5" of each other now. I didn't get to see if the A spring was on the driver side when the 2722 were in, which may have exacerbated the lean. Anyway, whatever, I'm happy with the rear now.

However, the front driver side is 1" lower than the front passenger. Not really sure what to do about that. Maybe just wait and see if KDSS corrects it over time? My understanding is that OME BP51 (or any coilover for that matter) should have equal pre-load up front on these? My 2018 Tundra needed a shim on the driver side to correct "Tundra lean" but I hadn't heard that to be the case for 200 series.

KDSS won't correct anything that wouldn't already happen with the balance screws open.

Toyota specs different springs on each side of a 200, which undercuts the "coilovers should be equal" line of reasoning to me. My Kings definitely needed more preload on the driver's side.
