I think this is the one Rick is talking about. Primer lever and float bowl on the side. I thought that's what you had John, but something new every day. ;)

No never seen that type before. So what do I have? There is the normal glass bowl fuel filter that is attached to the battery bracket inline infront of the pump. The bowl on top is really just a strainer and not a filter. Since two of the three with original engines had these I thought they were original.

John

Yeah John, something new every day. That's why I don't like saying (yes or no) this or that is original.

The parts book shows that illustration, but lists three different pumps: Kyosan, Nikki and Aisan. :D

My 1960 model had a cradle mount. It was kept when the V8 conversion was done

Thanks for the hi-jack moderator!!! :flipoff2:

OK here you go...here's where the motor changed from that :princess: F120 to the massive powerful F135 with "utmost performance". This is when the motor mounts changed. (Does that work with your numbers Eric?) Talking with John #1 this also seems to be about when the toolbox changed also:

Done. Hope it doesn't derate my F135. :flipoff2:

When the decals show up, Please let me know what you think. Darker red? Lighter? Its hard to be correct on my end. Thanks

Is this what it feels like to have F120? I feel all weak and underpowered..........;p

Looks great Shane, I'd say the red should be a little darker, more burgundy......or dark mahogany if you've been shopping new cruisers. Not like anyone has a great original to compare it with. :D

I will run another pass of red over the top and see what it looks like. I will post a pic and let you decide. I have never seen one so it's hard for me to tell.

I will send you another when I get it done.

Shane, I think it looks good as is. Unless someone comes up with a better original to color match I wouldn't fool with it. :)
