Great trail run this weekend, it was easily one of the most scenic trails I have ever seen.
Thanks to all who came out and for those who led, navigated and spotted when needed.
We hit trail around 10:30am Saturday with a convoy out of Bozeman and met up with Matt, Ron, Jason, Sam and Mike.
I never counted saturday but 10 rigs seems about right.... lots of 100's, and a 60, 40, minitruck, FJC, Rover and Rubicon.
Awesome trail, fun driving, non stop scenery, epic camping... I can see why its an annual run.
We made it to Goose Lake by the afternoon and some rain.
Hiked out to and enjoyed the lake.
Some of us drove back to our lunch spot to camp (good call in my opinion)
Headed off Goose Lake Sunday by 11am
Rode up Daisy Pass to the crest.
Backtracked to the LuLu pass turnoff and went up Lulu Pass.
Came down and hit the road by 1ish
I might have had the only breakage with a broken sway bar end link but that could have happened last weekend on North Meadows with Ron. Otherwise, it was a painless trail.
if you have a few pics post them up, or better yet post a few highlights and drop the rest of your shots in a public album and post the link.
I have about 300 to sort through but here are a few teasers.
