Good trails in SoCal?

Hi,
I am looking for suggestions on places in Southern California to go enjoy the car.
I am interested in driving itself and also the scenery, camping places, mountain biking or other activities.
I know Anza Borrego quite well but I am looking for other places.

Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear have lots to offer. Plenty of scenic off road, dirt road, camping, etc.
