I had a great experience getting my offroad bumper media blasted by a local company here in Austin, so I thought I'd share here in case anyone is searching for a good media blaster.
Commercial Services on Avenue N was great (also called "Austin Powder Coaters" on their website). Good price and fantastic results. They also do powder coating (lots of standard color options, as well as custom colors) in case you need that. They will blast & PC anything and everything (look at the gallery on their website). I saw a truck frame in back that had been coated, and they had all kinds of other stuff back there (a big BBQ smoker, tables, etc.).
My bumper, $125 + tax to media blast all 3 pieces (they went over each one multiple times to make sure the old powder coat was completely gone, which did not affect the final price):
