I'm going to go check out the used 2016 tomorrow. I wanted to hear your guys thoughts if 30k miles is a lot for being in service since August 16? Am I really giving up a decent amount of longevity? I plan on putting around 10-15k miles/year on it.

I’m a rookie here but have had several Toyota’s. 30k in that span is nothing to be worried about. Many people buy these because they are very nice road trip vehicles with reasonable resale value. Many here report they feel land cruisers with 100k+ are the best deal going.

No CPO on it unfortunately as it's being sold at a Lexus dealership.
