I have drove that road in a 2WD ford van

I used to fly and drive to SLC a lot. when I drove I had a work van and hauled my dirt bike. There is a cool camp spot at the top of the forest road you took but it wont put your 80 to the test. I camped there in the van and went for a 3 day ride on the single track all over the Wasatch area . If you want to work the lift more you need to head North and just above the Tibble fork reservoir area. There is a cool forest road there you can see below. It will put the 80 to the test much better and its a cool high altitude scenic area also. If your lucky to be able to ride further North single track trails on 2 wheels you can make it to the top of Alta, back side. One of my favorite rides in Utah including areas in MOAB. There are many friendly Mormon girls in the SLC area so I'm sure one would enjoy the ride in your 80 for the night or two. I wish I had my 80 when I was 18.
cool drive for 80.webp
