The EFI conversion shouldn't be dependent upon the van chassis - just the engine model.
The Holley Sniper kit seems to be in vogue right now. Although I have not gotten any clear information on fuel economy performance. I have used the Edelbrock Pro Flow system with good success until the ECU stopped controlling the fuel pump.
