can you post some pics of the finished interior and the roll cage?
ps. great looking rig!
Impresive it's your DD .. it's close to perfect " commuter "![]()

Very nice build. Looks Great! I like how you did the instrument cluster from the 80 into the 40`s.
Those tires look huge on your cruiser. How much flex do you have? Those things have to rub like crazy.
ok, not really, but it does clear 39's and these are only 37's. They tuck right up into the fender well. The axle and wheel opening are very carefully matched so that the tire is perfectly centered in the huge rear wheel opening. It actually touches front, rear and top of the wheel opening just as the bump stop stops upward travel. Front is much the same. I do use bump stop extensions, and on high speed off road driving I get into them regularly - but only when I'm really driving too fast anyway. Most of the time I don't know they're there. Another inch of lift would completely resolve the issue, and I'm only running OME 861's (.25" lift) so it's easy to do... except that I don't think I could fit it into the garage that way. EDIT 9-6-10: I did go to 2" OME springs and I'm no longer on the bumps... still fits in the garage.
