I’m trying to replace the positive battery connector and I can’t get the nut off of the fusible link block. Trying to be delicate as I don’t want to break it or the wiring attached to it. Tried a little WD40 and let it sit but it’s not budging.

Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Well looks like its been messed with before since it has that aftermarket wiring under it... So its either just on real tight or cross-threaded.

Either way, make sure you have the correct size 6-pt socket or wrench and give it more grunt.

Doesn't look too bad. If you're replacing that terminal, take it loose from the battery so you don't damage your
new battery and then grab that old terminal with some Vice grips or something and just crank that nut off .
Shouldn't damage the attachments even if you break the bolt. As clean as that nut looks, I'd bet it breaks right loose.
(YMMV)!

I had the same issue trying to loosen mine with a wrench and socket. An impact driver did the trick.

Tried using a socket wrench. Had a tight fit but it was not moving. I suspect the last person to touch it may have used an impact driver. I’ll give that a try and see if it moves.

Thanks all!

Take it off of the battery and use an impact. If an air impact, turn the pressure downnn low and just hold it in your hand with a rag. That worked on mine. Came right off.
