It always bugged me that the fuse box on my BJ74 did not have any accessory fuses waiting to be used.
I decided to fill in the empty row of 5 slots.
You can see the empty row here.

I bought a set of 5 "bussed" fuse terminals.

I soldered a 10 gauge wire to one of the terminals.

I had to trim the tabs on the right and left ends a bit. I also had to bend the crimp tabs down on all the terminals to get the set to slide into the back of the fuse box .

In the fuse box, the powered or battery side seemed to be the upper end of the fuse slots so I did the same for these new circuits.

I put some fiberglass sleeving over the 10 gauge wire and ran it out the firewall grommet to the engine bay.

I then used some plastic clips and screws to get the wire to the battery side of the engine area.

I connected the 10 gauge supply wire to a 10 gauge fuse holder I bought online. It has a 30 amp fuse in it now.

Here's the fuse box with new fuses for my e-locker relay, work-around, jury-rigged aircon control, and my fridge.

Pretty easy really. Hardest part was getting the 5 fuse terminals into place with all the other wiring being in the way behind the fuse box.

Thanks!
Yes, it has the extra fuses in the engine bay.
This way I have fewer wires through the firewall.
