I have for sale a 1HDT, A442F full hydraulic. The drivetrain has been changed to 12 Volts and runs great.
Below is a small list of what has been done to the drivetrain:
- When I bought the whole truck for the conversion it had approx. 115000 miles. Now after the conversion and the engine refresh it only has about 1000 miles.
- Remanufacture alternator 12 volts 160 AMP (Toyota Tundra)
- New starter 12 Volts
- The engine was fully refreshed
- Toyota OEM Piston rims
- BEB rod shells (ACL Duraglides) STD
- New Toyota OEM Main crankshaft shells STD
- Toyota OEM Full seals kit including head gasket
- Head fully rebuilt by machine shop
- New Toyota OEM valves
- New Toyota OEM guides valves and seals
- New Toyota OEM Water pump
- New Toyota OEM hub fan clutch
- New Toyota OEM glow plugs
- New Toyota Timing Belt
- New thermostat, hoses, & belts
- New OEM Toyota Fuel Filter
- New seals in the A442F transmission
- New rebuilt Torque Converter
- Wire harness (engine bay and internal to the gauge cluster)
- ECUs
- Gauge Cluster
- Cruise Control system
- Radiator
- Vacuum Pump system
- Diesel fuel lines
- Cooling hoses
- A/C hoses with fittings R12 – R134a
- New Denso A/C Compressor
- Front and rear drive shaft
- Diesel LC80 Shifter
The engine is actually in my LX450 and is running great, so, come to see it and do the test drive if you want.
