OK, first tip: your tires are sticking out waaaayy too far.
ive considered doin what your doin but i already have leaf spring mounts(85) since you gotta build your own spring mounts anyways i would use 1/4 plate and build em outboard of the frame as wide as the perches on the(dana?)axle and try to build em so the front axle stays about 1-3 inches forward of a stock solid axle toy,alot of this depends on the springs you use too.................P.S. the cops r gonna hate you so u need a trailer a wide one or get some wide flares and $<rew em if they cant take a joke

You are speaking to most biased group of people you will ever meet, frankly, the evil side of me has always liked the way the tires stick out, but here... you get no respect. Now if you widened your toyota axles, itd be different. My advice, go ove to the hardcore section. They arent so thick headed. Of couse, we will make exceptions for our thickheadedness.
