If you tighten them with a k-wrench, the only ones opening it, have a k-wrench. You can buy one here... K Wrench | AJIK Overland Exchange

Not supposed to tighten with a tool, only loosen. Hand tight only. I run a cable lock through the top loops of the cans, but that doesn't help with sabotage only theft.

Seriously stoked on this thing. Sean makes a really good product. Thanks again Mike!

Nice to have a real bumper in the back huh!

Do you have any spacers for your OME 850s? What front shocks are you using? It doesn't say in your sig line. Looks to be a good gap between 315s tire and the flares for 850s. Thanks.

Definitely! It feels like the build is almost done now. Well, except for the fridge, dual battery, ham, on-board hot water, on-board air, etc., etc. Well, someday....right?

I am running spacers (1.5 ", not certain of the mm conversion). They seem provide some extra gap, and to even it out a bit with the heavies in the back so it doesn't stinkbug when unloaded.

I am running the OME Nitrocharger Sport 60018 up front. I don't know if those are the right ones to run with the spacers up front?

Looks great Adam!

Say goodbye to conveniently getting in the back... That's the problem with any rear bumper with swingouts I guess, but a tradeoff that many off us are willing to deal with.

I'm basically done except installing my front J springs which was hanging around the garage the last 2+ years? Of course there are the extended brake lines and caster correction I need to buy. I was told that the regular OME shocks for the 850s will suffice - since the gain in front flex is not significant with longer shocks. Thanks for your response.

Except for armor and suspension, my 80 is stock to keep it simple for me. I try not to make it too complicated for my skills. I'm more a two days tripper than a rock crawler or a truly overland type so my truck is fine for what I do.

The positive I found is that the back of the third row is much cleaner than before - it cuts down on using it as a convenient hiding place for junk .:D
