I asked the owner what brand it was, but haven't heard back yet.

Ha! yes have one of those designed, but never produced... the customer didn't want to move forward. but very similar concept- two towers up front over the doors, towers across the back, then span across the FRP and/or soft top. The mockup was something like this...

so yeah could be done, wouldn't be sheet metal like the above image, a lot more Gamiviti style like our other 70 series racks. But not shipped to New Zealand though.
