Anyone have a local guy with knowledge of 80 diff and ARB?
My ARB keeps blowing air collars and i get Molly mixed in diff fluid.
Thanks
Alen

Call tom at TNT4x4 1 630 209 1050. He is good at them and has done many. Tell him John sent you!! He is located in marseilles IL. But he often works in Naperville area.

he tried couple of times to fix it but having same problems.
New ARB's for the front diff have issues, only an experienced ARB guy can fix it.
Thanks
Alen

How is the Molly grease from the birf mixing with the diff fluid related to the ARB O ring seal failure? :hhmm: This is an axle seal issue not an O ring issue. Unless you're thinking that you're over pressurizing the axle tube and blowing out the axle seal? Not likely, your axle breather should vent the axle tube.

As far as the O ring seal issue, I still can't figure out why you're blowing the seals. Send the 3rd member into to ARB for a diagnose and repair. There could be a machining issue inside the ARB iteself.

Option #2 is to send the 3rd member to Zuk and let him figure it out
Option #3 is to send the 3rd member to Kurt at Cruiseroutfitters.com and let him play with it. He seems to have gone round and round with this in the past.

yeah I didnt catch that the first time. you are blowing inner axle seals. Is the only problem moly in the oil? then you must have a s*** load of oil in the knuckles. Make sure your breather is clear. Is the arb engaging and hold pressure?

Zuk is great and reasonable!

Thanks for all the info, Tom's going to pull it apart and check it out.
