Do you have bump stop spacers in the front by any chance? Mine were causing the spring to rub against the bump stops. Made a clunk while turning or braking like you described.

OEM up front outside the OME heavy springs and shocks and a little metal spacer MAF installed with the lift.

It got worse on the 1000 mile trip this weekend.
