Very nice.

The Avenza app on Android/iOS has the same free topos (and more recent versions). The app will register your location on the map for navigation.

Here is a direct link to the USGS website. Typical file is 11-17 megs. You can get 7.5 min quads, old school 15 minute, and 1x2 degrees maps, also historical maps. I saw one along the Colorado River referencing the topographic base map as The Powell Survey...
