3/4 bolts are very accesable for me;) so why not.

you know you like it:flipoff2:

I do admit it is quite genius. I hope your not taking credit for this if you saw it elsewhere.:hillbilly: I don't even want to tell you how long I had to wait for the 18mm drill bit and how much it cost. Just to drill my custom shackles!

Don't get all big headed now, I ment a genius idea, not you are genius! geez:flipoff2:

Don't fret Deny. You're close to a genius!!!

(when you're standing beside me).
:flipoff2:

when you own as many landcruisers as I do....... its genius.:D

or insane:p

They do say there is a fine line between high intelligence and insanity. I choose insanity because it can get you off from punishment in the courts:hillbilly:

Nice trip, looks like you guys had more interesting crossings then we did at Alex MacKenzie. I've been planning on one of these years heading up in there.
Didn't you have the same issue with your shackle bolts at Churn when I saw you? or is that the trail fix from back then?
and yes, nicely done on the 1/4 roll, perfectly wedged in there, I guess now you know for sure what angle you can push the truck to.

Thanks Mat,

Yes same issue, just forgot about it and forgot to get more nuts, so I had to come up with something to hold my bolt in the shackle.

Cheers,
Deny

Sorry, haven't even met you Deny, so that's not fair, but that's a funny quote. :grinpimp:

Yeah I was going to type something about a shaft in the hole, but thought that would not be such a good idea with all these vultures around here ready to pounce on any miss spelling and/or wierd comment they can:hillbilly:.

Cheers,
Deny

:D
sorry for reminding you about that, if it makes you feel any better the guys still give me a hard time about washing the inside of my truck in a creek, and that happened years ago.
Besides, I figured you'd be able to find lots of loose nuts up there :D

Having a pic of it as your avatar doesn't help us forget.. :grinpimp:

Just for all you mudders not facebook friends with me, we survived our May long trip, here is the first and last two pics of the trip;) All I can say is CRAZY, dont regret the adventure, but never going to try again unless we have more time and more people to shovel (or a snow plow) :hillbilly:

professional wheeler, or a narc :flipoff2:.

Never again on may long or now you have a bunch of summer long weekends to reschedule?

Just all Business ;) Never again with that much snow on that trail. Never made the lake, only to where we always make it, but July long will be a big push to get further.

Web "wee"lers will have to wait until the fall or winter when a possible article could come out in the trails. Here are a few crappy pics that Todd probably won't run anyway, all the cool pics from us stuck dual chained and winching are going to be saved to computer until the mag comes out, then I can post the 200 or so pics we have. Sorry web weelers:hillbilly:
