My youngest son assisting with the wash and wax this morning on the 60. I asked him why it was taking so long to dry wheels. He said there were too many grooves on tires. Good man!

Remounted "snake blinders" on the 60. Found a decent set used and have just about all the parts for the shoulder belt upgrade on her, lucky to have fixed nuts in the pillar.

Began the installation of both bezels on the 62 dash. Tacked down new instrument and heater control bezels. Man no one took their time before pulling that dash. Every tab almost has a crack. Need to get thru the baseball playoffs with youngest son to get the work wrapped up

Great looking 60 and 62! I'm also in Houston and recently picked up a 200. I am starting to lurk here in the 60 section which is probably not a good thing. I am more and more tempted to look for a 60 after each visit.

Steve

I have a 200 also, more than welcome to take one of the 60's for a spin one day. I'm inside the loop.

Removed sub system mounted on rear quarter of the 62.

I'm curious after having owned both, which would you choose if you had to pick one @houstonfj40 ?

You have to love all your kids equally! Depends what I am doing and the mood I'm in. Like the rawness of the 60, love the hwy speeds of the 62. 60 feels better, I'm sure it's the 4spd. I was in CO with a 40 few weeks back, passed by a sweet 80 making Pearl Pass look like Main Street.

Bypassed EGR last night - loving it! Took care of miss and slight stumble. Thanks Georg. Oil and TC fluid change.
