also negotiating on a 94 80,,,, but shhhh dont tell the GF...

Interested in ours in the 60 for $800. It would give the 60 electric ignition and a 4 speed with split case. It has a new clutch, rear main, and oil pan gasket in addition the new head and head gasket. You would have to come help remove it when you pick it up however.

Jeremy,

Your PM box is full.

I'll take the 20 gauge. Can we mud ship it to the annual meeting on September 19 at Aunt Sue's? But, if you can figure a legal way to ship it, I'll gladly pay for that too. (Sure would like the syntheic forearm if you find it)

If you will PM me your address, I can send you a certified check from Wachovia today. (I pay bills electronically, which lets me send checks from the bank free to friends). No, I'm not from Nigeria . . . :grinpimp:

Make sure you strip her down before turning her in under CARS. Bumper, rack, etc. need to be "recycled" and you will come out with more $ in addition to the credit. I would have her just "drivable" when you pull it in to the dealership.

Just as David said, strip everything off of it before you take it in. Switches, everything. I even saw people selling seats. And the program ends tomorrow. Dont mention the clunkers until you have a deal then tell them you have a trade.

Also, your welcome for helping buy your wife a new car. Everyone in UC should get a thank you. :)

PS - Someone buy my 62!!!!

87' 2F interest?

Would anyone be interested in the motor or drivetrain out of my 87' FJ60 that I have for sale? It just had a new headgasket installed and rebuilt head. It also has a new clutch, resurfaced flywheel, new rear main, and oil pan gasket.

I am toying with the idea of just parting it out, but I would like to have the motor sold before I do since it is the big ticket item. Please let me know if you are interested and what it is worth to you so I can decide what we are going to do.

You can here it run and check anything you want on it before we pull it.

PS- the block is actually a 78' 2F with all the FJ60 components installed. It has been desmogged, and the power steering pump is a saginaw with Iron Pig Offroads mount and pulley. Would drop into either a 40, 55, or 60 no problem.

Thanks,
Jeremy
