I always wanted to do this:

I cut Lorena's out and didn't put anything there. Why lose that 4" of clearance? I rarely hit anything unless it was a flop type situation.... Which I did, a few times.
When I did, I would just open the door and stand on the lip and it would go back down.
I really miss ole girl sometimes.

BUMP!

Somebody make me an offer! All I can do is take it to the bank and see if they'll take it...

WANT TO BUY:

Cheap 22RE 4WD (preferrably) truck or 4Runner. Looking to spend LESS than $1500. Let me know if you guys see anything around.

Would consider other Toyota's in that same price range.

Need a DD/beater for when I sell this TUNDRA. :hillbilly:

What? Put a chevy motor in your 80?
I would love a LS swap (if for nothing else) for the gas mileage.

No, cut the rockers out and weld in sliders.

Pretty much what I am thinking with Whitey
I obviously started that with Lorena, and just said Ef it... wheeled with the "lift"

Especially if you are an Amazon Prime member... Free 2 Day shipping. My UPS man hates me. :smokin:

So it looks like we are going to be selling the 100 soon..
If some one wants to make it quick and painless they will get a really good deal.

2001 Silver
Sitting on 285s
Roughly 210k

Would call the interior a 8 or 9 out of 10
The exterior a 9 out of 10

The only Issues that I know of are
Leather coming off of steering wheel
Passenger exhaust manifold leak
It needs the timing belt done

I have a 97 40th anniversary 80 with 150k, locked ARB front, OME, sliders, it is in good shape, looking to trade for a FJ40, depending on the 40 could add cash to the deal. I may also just sell the 80 and buy a 40. I wanted to see if anyone had a line on a good condition 40 out there. Thank you very much!
Andrew
