Call'em I haven't. I tried putting a few people in it. But all of us kinda agree, these things are now more nuisance than they are "deals".
They 97 with a blown HG the other month... Not even sure I would have "taken" it for free. LOL.

I passed on a locked 93 for $2000 this week.

The guy who beat him up on prices, then passed, told me about it, the seller needs cash.
I passed it to a few other folks. They did the same as me. Sorry, but you're not in my circle.

With the ridiculous drop in 100 prices I'm going to become interested in building my own 105 by taking an 80 chassis with a change in body mounts and add a 4.7 with a 5 speed auto on 37's and I'm in business.

Just swap the axle and goodies into a hunnerd!
A friend just picked a hunnerd up today for $2500... It needs major brake work, but who cares!

Honestly... after wheeling in a few hunnerds the last couple of years... it don't need no solid front axle... it'll get you where you need to be with keeping the body in-tact...
37's and Rock out!

Carfax

carfax has a long history on that green 97. Apparently it was serviced at franklin in 2012. It would be interesting to hear what all they did to it.

First off-----------I ain't one to check no man's junk.:flipoff2:

I just copy and searched the VIN that was posted by the seller. Google is your friend Z.

Iv never had luck googling a vin.

I usually find a handful of threads where people have found a glitch that let's you check one, but they are always corrected by the time I'm seeing it.
