I'm down here, heading to bham on friday... willing to tow it back for anybody.... Holla!
I do not have a place to store it until then though...

Upon closer inspection... Does catfish have a pintle hook?

I do want one of these little guys... I hear stories about people finding them for less than a hundred bucks but this is the cheapest one I have seen.

Sent usin the "new" app.

I would assume the buyer doesn't have one either! So I could buy one for them and deliver it as well?

If you do, pick up one of these dual purpose ones from NT. usually around $100, sometimes on sale for $85 or so.

As I recall, all LC's except the FJC/100's have the standard UN/NATO tow hitch bolt pattern in the rear bumper.
You could also go with something like this and save $15. http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_7808_7808

I wonder if that has the same bolt pattern as the rear crossmember (under the plastic bumper) that only the 03-05 LX470 came with an access panel to.

That's the area I'm talking about (under the plastic cover in the rear crossmember). IIRC, with the Nato/UN bolt pattern, the distance between left and right bolt holes (center to center) was 4 5/8". Don't quote me, somebody else here probably knows more precisely. For some reason the FJC uses a completely different bolt pattern (and I thought the 100's were in the same boat).

Looking for 5 fj cruiser steelies.
If you know of some let me know

Call every dealer parts counter in the region... they usually have new old stock/take-offs sitting in their "warehouse" behind them.... Auburn, at one time had two sets, yet I didn't know any better and drove 3 hours one-way to pick mine up when I could have gotten them for $25/ea. from the same guys i bought from weekly...

:hhmm:

A better option for steelies IMO. http://www.wheelersoffroad.com/fjsteelwheels.htm
Factory FJC steelies are pretty thin, and mine got banged up pretty easily. (just ask Eric, he bought one of my old sets). The Wheelers Offroad steelies (or ProComps) are made of thicker steel.

yup.
luckily I used your set as rollers. But the previous set I sheered the entire lip off two of them. I suppose I should say, a rock did!

hmm very interesting

^^^^^^ you need to find one without the navigation so you don't have the integrated a/c controls into the nav unit.

I don't think you can get a GX without navi. I know all the 470s have the AHC.
