I also would like to purchase a set of fj60 axles if anyone around has some.

curious, why FJ60? You'll have to move the spring perches anyway, so why not go FZJ80 axles and have rear discs? just buy perches since you're going to need to relocate them on a 60 more than likely... Most pigs I see have 80-series axles under them when re-done. I think. I could be wrong.

Those are only good for making front won-ton axles...

Originally I thought bout the 80 axles. I'd love the elockers. I'm worried about the width. I don't want to narrow them, but don't want to have them stick way out. I have been wondering if they would be alright with the proper back spaced wheels. When I get the 55 I'd love to see what they would look like. And it would be easier to do the coils up front with the 80 axles.

Nope. in 91-92 ALL rear were semit float with drums. Then they had to get rid of them, so some 93-94's can be found with the semi-floats n rear, but those two years also had FF with discs as well... Then 95-97 ALL full-float...

Whole axle is the best way to go. Just throwing out that I have the stripped housing.
