HG is blown. He wasn't aware. it's the kind that may run for another 10k miles, but it was dripping and VERY sweet smelling. Since it's got 318k miles and never been done...
Overall, it's WHIPPED. CDL wouldn't engage. None of the tranny buttons worked. windshield looks like it's been in a gun-fight, front seats don't move. windows barely move. CEL is on. Paint is pretty shot in all places. oil pump seal made the front and front axle really wet... but everything else was dry. No lockers. One headlight has an open crack.
I'm still thinking, but don't want to low-ball him way too low... but it's a rig that will immediately need mechanical work right out the gate.

 
Dang, sounds like a $1k-$1500 rig at best. Even if you wanted a beater, sounds like there are too many mechanical issues to even be a good woods truck

Kinda why I'm sad. I mean, how can a BLUE 80 just pop up under my nose literally RIGHT where I am... and need EVERYTHING. It's evil I tell you. EVIL.
I know he's negotiable on price. But I wouldn't offer him anything, yet. I almost would not even take the truck for free though. It's got many thousands of dollars ahead... Trust me, I got two O2 sensors waiting in my box from Sam... Mulligan is on point these days.
 
That's too bad man. sounds like it's a chop the top and drop in a V8 rig, and that is only if you could get it super cheap.
