Saw this on Instagram so I thought would post it up here. Very interesting with rock warriors continuing to become harder to find and pricier. These aren’t cheap nor should you expect forged wheels to be cheap but I like the idea of an option. I’ve also bought wheels from Dustin in the past and he’s a great guy to work with.

Stronger and more durable than the original TRD Rock Warrior wheels. Fully forged construction from high purity 6061 T-6 aluminum alloy.

Forged aluminum removable rock ring and solid billet aluminum center cap are included.

$550 per wheel plus shipping.

Found the thread in wheel tech. Posting here as well for reference

Very cool. The market needs this. Pretty much impossible to find a set that doesn't need refinished and rings replaced.

Are these compatible with the same aftermarket rings that fit the original Rock warriors?

FN said the rings are compatible and they changed the threaded holes for the rings to a more common thread pitch (M8x1.25)

"Our Rock Warriors are heavier than the original TRD Rock Warrior wheels, but that is to be expected with the strength/load rating improvements, taller/thicker bead humps, and the enhanced finish. The OEM TRD Rock Warrior were excellent wheels, but they just weren't really engineered to handle the heavier weight of the Land Cruiser 200 or larger tires. Toyota's manufacturer at the time cut a lot of corners (in my opinion) by not finishing the wheel front to back, not making taller bead humps, and making the flanges so thin. This kept the wheel weight extremely low, but when running larger tires, especially on a Land Cruiser which is heavier than a Tundra, you run the risk of cracking an OEM Rock Warrior wheel.

17x8.0" +45 5x150 FN Rock Warrior Forged: approximately 27.5lbs per wheel
17x8.0" +35 5x150 FN Rock Warrior Forged: approximately 29.5lbs per wheel

Something else I like to point out is that the 17x8.0" +50 5x150 OEM Rock Warrior wheel is the lightest 5x150 wheel that Toyota ever offered. It's very apparent with how thin the spokes, lips, barrel and flanges are, not to mention the lack of any primer, paint or clear coat on any portion of the wheel other than the spokes that these factors contribute to how light the wheels are. While our Rock Warrior wheels are heavier than the OEM Rock Warrior wheels, our wheels are as light or lighter than any other 17" or 18" diameter 5x150 bolt pattern wheels that Toyota ever offered. I.e., you're not decreasing the performance of a Land Cruiser, LX, Sequoia or Tundra by installing a set of our wheels. A few pounds difference to get the style, fitment, quality of finish, and most importantly strength / load rating certification is well worth the peace of mind. Just look at the comparison images that I posted above, and you can see the major strength and finish enhancements that we made.

To answer the second part of your question about the rings:

do these take the standard rock rings and hardware?

Our rings are directly compatible with the original Rock Warrior wheels / original Rock Warrior rings. The one change that we made is to thread pitch for the bolts. The OEM Rock Warrior wheels used a very obscure M8x1.0 fastener. M8x1.0 replacement fasteners are just about impossible to find.

We went with an M8x1.25 thread pitch for better availability and durability. We keep plenty of replacement fasteners in stock in the event that our customers lose any, and M8x1.25 stainless steel fasteners are also commonly available at most hardware stores.

Your sweet replacement rings with the large drainage slots should bolt right up. 👍"
