Getting the registration set up on a new webserver, the migration here at work kinda b0rked the other one.

Should be up before the day is out.

I spoke with Shawn at e-grafix today 'bout some other stuff and asked if we were gonna need some printed again.

I think we're gonna make this trip. The 40 is scheduled for disassembly after we get back.......
 
I passed on the logo duties to Matt for him to pass along to someone else. I can probably come up with one in a pinch of needed though. Just has to be before school gets in full swing.
 
Kind of a To Do List

It has been a little quiet wrt the event. I saw today that Andrew has the sign-up info on the website - thanks!.

A few things to be thinking about:

  • Logo / T-shirt Design - Bodean handled shirts last year.
  • Banner Design - I can get one made in Emporia.
  • Sponsors

Most of these items have been briefly discussed at the meeting. Just wondered where we stand.
 
i will be there to help where ever you need.
? on the pre reg. is it mail in only or is there a pay pal ?
 
at over 4.80 a gallon, ok 568.42 miles at 7 MPG is 390.45 in fuel or
80 bucks for a cabin (hot shower,clean bathroom,small kit. for cooking)
i will save about 160. bucks by driving my pickup/trailer
 
talked to Bodean at razor we just need to come up with logo, ideas anyone? i was thinking of a light to medium blue for the t-shirt color.
on the banner i guess we need the logo first.
as for sponsors does anyone have some contacts for tires, winch, etc. i'll call brian at b&d and what was the other shop in rolla/springfield that wanted in?
 
Matt said he wanted to try his hand at it since my time is short.

But as I've said before, I can punch one out if we need. Probably be a take on the logo on the current TAC site plus something about 3rd annual. Maybe incorporate the FN logo again.

If ya'll need help, speak up soon, I know time is running short.

If I can offer an opinion, I'd prefer to stay away from light blue. I have a light blue t-shirt from BHCC. It is a work shirt.

Ping Mike C. and Erik C. - they should have a list of sponsors from 06 and 07.

I can also work on some banner ideas once we have the logo. Prefer it be in Adobe Illustrator format as the vector-based graphics allow scaling with no loss of clarity/sharpness.
 
Unfortunately, this year is mail-in only.

We had a major glitch with our online provider last month and don't have time to rebuild what was lost.

What address do folks need to send registration too? I've received a couple of emails about on-line registration.

I wonder if we could talk Woody into hosting the registration page as a donation to the event.....
