i tried to call ron about the outhouse and to give his the dates, but the phone is broken again will try again next week.
also when i pm'd Kaderabek about updating the event calendar he asked if our tlca paper work is in on changing to an open event. who do i need to contact?

The EVP ( ExecVP@tlca.org ) handeling the insurance and I think is the contact to change the event type. This was Erik's job 'til the last election I think. If that's not correct Bob may be able to help out.

The new EVP is Tim Buchanan. Not sure how to get in touch with him directly, but you might try sending an e-mail to ExecVP@tlca.org. Give Erik a call as well and he'll get you going.

Another thing we need to get going on is our ad for the trails. The basics are there as a Word document - just needs to be converted to an Adobe Photoshop file so that Todd K. can use it.

Erik C. can give you the particulars. We have run our ad in the May/June and July/August editions. I'm not sure what the cutoff is for Todd K. for artwork.

Justgot a call from Shiela about regarding the cabin for our event. She has another request for it but is giving us first dibs......

I'd say pass on the cabin - we didn't really utilize it this year and can use the showers at the canoe rental place. It'll save us $300 at least.

I've been trying to get everything shoved into one table so registration is easier on the information gathering side of things, but it might be delayed another year.

I just can't seem to get it down at the moment.
