Flagpole knob access

Are there gates at flagpole knob? Is it open access there year round?

I was thinking of camping with my brothers mid November. Should I expect snow? I think that’s before rifle deer season starts??

It's open Archery season came in in October and black powder will start this weekend. You will get a lot more traffic early AM and evening as hunters scout out areas but it is doable.
