My driver side is doing the same thing but only on the bottom portion. Should I just use some sealant or caulk to fix it or just replace the whole thing? Any one take video of their replacement process?

i removed, cleaned, and re-installed my leaking louver WITHOUT breaking anything
used 3m strip caulk to re-secure the gasket, and on all clips to the body work. so far so good!

Rubber related to this job is the "Duct" Seen as part #6 in @Fast Eddy post above. I get part # 62940-60010 for the left side when searching 1994 model year on the Ourisman Toyota site. I ordered some of this stuff for myself from partsouq years ago, and I think I goofed the "Duct" portion as what I received is a 16" long part with a weird "box" section.
I am also still unclear regarding which part of the louver and duct assembly is the leaky bugger in most cases. I'd like to quit running around with 2 of the big damp-rid trays in my truck all winter
