FJ80 basic questions (1 Viewer)

I'm thinking of parting ways with my '83 FJ60 and getting an FJ80. I've found a '97 FJ80 with 123,000 miles and most importantly factory lockers- asking price $10,900. When I've checked on KBB.com it shows that the private party values in my area (Sacramento, CA) range from $10,400 to $12,600 depending on the condition. The pictures look good but I'm wondering what I should look for. I know the basic used car stuff to check but is there anything in particular, any trouble spots, that I need to look at? I have no experience with full time 4wd or permanintly locked hubs- anything special I ought to check? Thanks for the help!
