Unfortunately the arms are NLA in Middle East/Japan markets it appears.

The mirrors themselves are available, but 'useless' without the arms. An interesting fact to note, the arms were used from early Fj60V to early FJ80V.

Part numbers if you care to continue the hunt. I am, but low on my priority.

RH, Support: 87902-90A00
LH, Support: 87905-90A00

Mirror (R and L): 87901-90305

Gasket: 87911-90A01

Reviving this long-ago request. Seeking a JDM Fender Mirror setup for my fj60. The LH and RH mounting arms (the mirrors are apparently still fairly available) are what i'm seeking and crawling around in the unfortunate darker-side of the internet to find them.

A Russian scam site even grabbed a recent ebay listing and posted a set of these mirror arms as a new item for sale (at a discount)

Anyone here willing to part with a set of mounting arms by any chance? Would be greatly appreciated!

You won't have much to any luck here as even in Japan they fetch about $1k on YAJ. You're better off there and watching ads.

Conversely you could (if so inclined) purchase the 70 series fender mirror arms new from Toyota and slap on. I even think @cruisermatt did this on his 60.

Thanks for the reply @mattressking + @cruisermatt appreciated. I was actually going to see if anyone had tried a 70-series fender mounted mirror setup - and if the fender contours were close enough to enable a "smooth" mounting on the 60 series fender or if, perhaps, a modification would be required in the fab shop. You wouldn't by chance have any close-up photos of the mount on your FJ60? Also...apparently...i on occasion look and "act" like "The Dude" and have even had to tell sad fans i'm not him.

I can take some - it's not 100% perfect but very close. I just popped four r-nuts in the fender. I really llike them for off-roading, they also seem to have survived way longer then regular mirrors which I was breaking off almost every other trail

@cruisermatt did you find the r-nuts where sufficient support? Concerned that the weight of the mirror on an unreinforced fender sheet metal install might be unstable or warp over time or by someone bumping into it in the grocery store lot. I have to assume the japanese market 60s had a mounting system in the fender for support?

FYI the fender reinforcement is just one extra piece of steel with friction welded nuts. Make a plate and MiG some nuts if you’re worried.

I’ve used rivnuts for grab handles and they hold my 220lb self.

I have literally smashed both mirrors into rocks, trees, mud crevicaes mutliples times each and it barely even damages the mirror. They just fold in. You'll be fine
