Drivetrain:
1973 FJ55
Rebuilt F engine with 74 high compression head (rebuilt by local landcruiser mechanic, can be contacted if need be)
Factory 3 speed on the floor
2" Lift
31 x 10.50 BFG M/T's
Front Disc Brake Conversion
Front axle just had service done by above mechanic
Rear Drum

Body:
Exterior rust has been managed by another local landcruiser enthusiast in the NC mountains.
Interior is solid with some minor areas that need addressing, floor boards solid
Has 1 year old paint job (as seen "Desert Sand")

Interior:
As seen all seats have been recoverd as well as door panels and headliner
New stereo with 4 new speakers
Rear window operable

He is asking $9,500 obo, open to all reasonable offers

That is the most beautiful pig I have seen this close to me. I pray it is still for sale once I sell some of my real estate. I am currently real estate poor, like so many others in the country.

I just looked this one over last week out of curiosity as i was working next door to the owner. It is a beauty.... heading out for lottery tix.
 
I am looking at this one tomorrow, I will post what I see. I will take more pictures, is there anything in particular that you guys would like a picture of?

Anyone know if this one sold and for how much, I'm looking at one in similar shape and trying to get a good idea for what a fair market price is.
 
It has not sold yet, seller is looking at all offers, he is pretty willing to work on the price , it's just none has even made an offer even if they were to go low on it.

too bad fellas, this piggy is gone! purchasing this in about a week!!! then embarking on a perfect restore for paint . . .
 
Good Luck with it dsa03cjj, this is my neighbors truck and it has had a alot of work done to it include some done by me. Keep us posted on any changes/mods you make to it.
 
thanks southerncruiser62, will do. i'm going to try and make it my DD b/c i love these pigs for originality . . . but whatever i do i'll be sure to post pics! if you have any advice for me about this one let me know . . . i'm sure you know more about it than myself at this point. thanks
