I think you push the spacer all the way back and then put in the screw - that expands the plastic. Then remove the screw put in light bulb assembly and secure it in place with the screw. This is part of the spring loaded head light aiming adjustment.

They click in before you screw the screw in to them. Install them, then thread the screw in. That'll soread the back and hold it in.

The legs are from Sor that you linked. No snap locks to them hence my ask of what I’m missing.
Bolt does thread in and I guessed that the spring would pull on the bolt away from the engine but I figured I’d ask and see if anyone else has experience on these
