The escutcheons and window cranks are drop-in compatible (if not the same aesthetically), but the door levers would need minor machining (square hole elongation) to fit.

I also started collecting old Nash door handles and window cranks when they popped up on eBay since they look very similar and fit on the door mechanisms. Always good to have a plan B!

Here are some pics of the handles Chuck mentions above. They are a stout application when you don't have the real thing--Yet. Window crank handles slide on perfect fit--set screw them and you're good. The open handles need to be opened to the OD of the post and then set screwed. Very stout.

I had two missing window cranks on my back doors. The ‘48 F100 cranks are a seriously good match.
