FJ45 Wiper Wiring

Hi guys,
I have the old school 2 wiper motors that have 3 wires to each motor: Blue/White, Blue/Black, and White/Black. Before the motors split there are 4 wires: 2 that are Blue/White, one that is Blue/Black, and White/Black. I do have the original switch, but when looking at older diagrams there are no color codes on them. I've attached a pic of an older diagram. Can anyone tell me where what goes to what?

For the wiper motors:

Top wire (Blue with white stripe) = Switched power (12v when the switch is on).
Middle wire (White with black stripe) = Ground
Bottom wire (Blue)= 12v hot all the time

I was looking on his site, but obviously I didn't look hard enough...lol
