FJ45 bed - rusted, but worth anything?

Newbie question.

What is the big cannister looking thing to the right of the air filter? Looks like a remote power steering reservoir. Maybe for the hydraulic plow?

The frame has been hacked off in the back and a really bad repair to the pass. side frame rail but still some very good useble parts to be had.

If you buy it and part it, I would like to buy the hubcaps.

She'd have a long road to recovery but for $750 your in cheap. The rest is mostly metal work. Or if you part it there is way more than $750 in parts there. Rack, tailgate?, bed hooks, bits in the cab, drivetrain for rebuild, doors, glass, axles.....

the fact that there's pine trees growing in the bed would likely indicate a rust issue or two. I agree with the others however, 750 is cheap. I say buy it, take it slow and enjoy the process. Hit up Mark at marksoffroad . net and start building it!

For that price why would you not buy it. You can easyly make your money back and then some. It probably has some neat little things that many are looking for.
