These maybe an option. I will measure the ones from CCOT and compare.

I recommend getting your rivets from an aircraft parts supplier such as Aircraft Spruce or at the very least McMaster Carr.

I think the ones I got were the perfect size.

there's not much you can do when the factory hole is drilled on the curved section going up.

I had the fiberglass top sitting upside down with the metal on top, blindly inserting the rivets through the holes by reaching underneath and pushing them up through the hole then crimping, looking at the area being squashed on top only, so I didn't see this as I was tightening them.

Not a big deal, it only happened on a few, and in between the panel adhesive and solid layer of seam sealer, these two parts aren't coming apart in time soon

Great job. Ive used this Panel Adhesive on my re-skin and sill panel replacement. The stuff is great. Stays tacky for about 10 minutes then sets up in about 30 minutes and remains flexible once hardened. Used by quality body shops when placing panels together. Its a bit pricey ($20-25.00 a tube) and the tube only lasts about 14 days after opening, so you better use it fast.

I went with some regular old aluminum pop rivets and then buried them in the 3m 2 part epoxy. Then spray painted the whole top with leveling primer and krylon. A year out and still looking good. Not factory but easy. Took 2 full tubes of the 2 part 3M epoxy off Amazon. Probably could have used a bit more, but it was enough to call it good enough for my project.
