blasted and zinc coated, then Powder coated high Zinc primer and matt blach.
fan inspected and works perfect
heater core professionally cleaned and tested for leaks.
like new condition but shouldn't rust for decades.

the second has no fan, i have a fan showing up in the spring for it. plus the top has some dents. so yes, it will be cheaper. i priced the unit according to what suppliers were asking for individual parts in standard used condition.
