Original shifters are hard to comeby. Replica can be arranged as most fj/bj here use

@Living in the Past I do have couple of original shifters for 80's.

Very interested if the correct one. Ideally from a 10/82+ 40 series that had a H55F. The 8/80-9/82 were completely different. The 8/80-9/82 models used cable instead of a rod to shift. The 10/82+ the shifter has a push button on the shifter to allow it move.

I have one for sale in the classifieds!

Believe yours is from a 6X series. This one is off a 84 HJ47RV with a four speed. Bracket is a little different where the bolts to the top of the transmission which can be modified. The shifter itself is the same. The shifter longer. Rough measurement from bottom of the knob to plate welded to the side is 5" (13CM). The shorter one is 3.75" (10CM). The guide for forward neutral reverse is straight in the middle not angled at the back. All diagrams I find for the 4X series show it like the one Matt posted a picture of. Will had to do something for the rod on the longer five speed. Looking for a second one but have time and hoping to find the correct one.
