Will this fit on a 1970? Do I just need to drill holes for mounting? If so, I'll take it.
Not if it's a North American imported model. Starting with the 68 model a padded dash was added and this grab handle mounted higher and would prevent the glovebox door from opening if mounted lower to clear the padded dash.

Glad to see you sold it. Question was your Haynes manual fairly new? Have a number of these and they are all brown not purple on the cover. Thinking it's a newer printing. Nice to see they still printing them.
