Gentlemen,
The deal might turn even sweeter and double the excitement...
There's a 1972 that just came into the shop and they want $5k for both
The 72 is complete but has rust issues... will see it in the morning and post pictures and the outcome...
Wish me twice the luck please!![]()
Hard to keep a straight face looking at that thing sitting on the trailer![]()
wow, that 72 is a "project" ... the 77/78 is a maybe if you can get the current owner to provide the pink slip/ownership ... if its all there, and its only surface rust as it appears, then might be good project assuming you can track down a drivetrain ... I'm in the "resto/refurbishment" camp ordinarily, but Downey has a point about the 350, especially if you need to "smog it" ... I'm not sure I'd want to track-down (and pay for) all the bits and pieces to re-smog it with a 2f ... as far as I'm concerned they all cost a lot of money, either upfront or in dribs/drabs over time ... the all need tlc in varying amounts of time, depending on condition ... good luck with your decision ...
Local? How'd you hear about it? Did they come up with the pink slip?

Yes...Uh, oh. I think that makes you an accessory to the flipping crime.![]()
Oh! that's newsbtw he's selling at 2.5K and you were buying it at 3K so, he must have bought it cheaper and he states "has a title"
